How long does my Wholesale account stay active?

An account may be considered inactive after 3 months of no activity. If deactivated, you will be asked to submit an updated application and a member of our team will contact you. 

When should I expect my order confirmation?

Confirmations should arrive almost immediately. If not, please double check your email address for accuracy and your Spam/Trash file. If it is still MIA, please email us at 

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Express shipping options are available. Please note that some orders may deliver in multiple packages.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have your order confirmation e-mail, click on the “View your order” button. This will take you to the order tracker. 

If you do not have your order confirmation e-mail, log into your account using your username and password to track your order.

How might I change/cancel my order?

How do I care for my hand-painted products?

We recommend spot cleaning with a dry cloth. Do not use soap or chemicals.   Do not place items in water. 

How do I handle damaged or missing items in my order?

Please email us at If an item is damaged, please include photos of the damaged product.

What is your return policy?

All regular price items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from delivery date. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. This policy also applies to damage claims. We ask that all items are reviewed as soon as your order shipment arrives and we are contacted promptly for any order issues or product damages.
